Moms are special

Happy mothers day everyone !Moms are special ofcourse  they are .This card is also made frm lilbeesboutique.blogspot.com  mothers day kit! I distressed the cardtock stamped it with hero arts letters stamp and used spellbinders labels and sum prima branches to complete the card.
i just loved the sentiment  MOMS ARE SPECIAL.The sentiment was cut using the  silhoutte machine. This card  is for my mom who is so special to me ,who brought me to this world,showed so much of patience and love and made me who iam today.thankyou so mum MOM ur indeed specail to me!

Been a lazy blogger lately.havent been able to keep up to 2 posts a mnth  but i have been working on many things cards, tags and also my new found interest sospeso known as volume decoupage.

I also subscribe to lilbeesboutique.blogspot.com monthly kits.The kit contains sum amazing papers ,stamps and flowers too!will upload the cards made frm their kits!

My fb page  {PAPER KRAFT}is also up and running.pls do like my page which is updated every week.

Its spring brk now for schools and they reopen on monday so frm next week back to pavillion .iam trying to maximise the hols by being crafty and trying out newthings.

MatchBox chest of Draws

 I have been saving up the empty match boxes for a while and tht  chest of draws wld be good to put in sum extra notes or journaling  when  i make a mini album or   wld  use them on the  timholtz configuration boxes .I started out by sticking all the four matchboxes by stacking them and using  a strong glue . covered them using prima DPs first,the second layer was made using paper sticky tapes.
I stuck the papertapes on to the table dabbed sum paint using dabbers { gold and yellow} and when   the paint dried i stamped them  .just tear them off the table and start sticking them randomly on to box.I distessed thebox with vintage photo and fired brick stains and finished it off by adding sum timholtz brads!

Quilled vintage box!

Happy newyear everyone!hope we all get crafty in the newyear and this is my first post for 2012 and I hope to get more crafty ! I covered the box with some DPs  frm  my stash{ i think they are prima papers} and recyled sum of the prima packaging papers for the top! . I quilled the  flowers and arranged then in a 3D fashion, sprayed some glimmer mist just to get that misty effect !and finally added sum laces to make it vintage.
